TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Your booking confirmation will be sent immediately via email. Please let us know if you were unable to receive the notification.
Once we have confirmed your booking, the booking may only be moved to another date through the cancellation of the original booking.
Tour Staff has the right to remove any group member from a tour without a refund ifthey are unfit to participate due to illness, intoxication, and the likes once the tour has begun.
An additional charge will apply for pick-up or drop-off locations outside of Cebu City or Mactan Island. Please note in advance any changes in pick-up/drop-off locations so that we may be able to confirm the surcharge amount in advance.

Child Rate Policy:

Children under the age of 4 and below are not charged by Cebu Pro.
This group of people is not accounted for in the computation of the "number of guests."
Children aged under 5–12 years old are counted as child rates.
Children aged thirteen (13) and above must pay the same amount as adults, as stated by Cebu Pro.
Children under 2 feet are free. Children with a height of 2 feet and above will be charged the same rate as adults

Additional Information & Tour Tips:

Bring enough cash; although some restaurants accept credit cards, souvenir shops and other stores only accept cash.
Bring your personal medicine with a doctor’s prescription in case of an emergency.
Spitting, urinating, defecating, and vomiting in public areas are strictly prohibited.
Smoking is allowed, but only in particular places.

Cancellation Policy:

Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 72 hours before the selected activity date

No Show Policy:

Failure to arrive 30 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time at the designated hotel lobby will merit automatic cancellation.

CEBU OCEAN PARK PROHIBITIONS & LIMITATIONS

Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue
Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification
Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given
Smoking and drinking are not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
Photography is allowed, but taking videos and photos for commercial purposes, as well as the live broadcasting of the show, is strictly prohibited
Flash photography is prohibited inside the venue

CEBU OCEAN PARK ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Storage areas are available at the venue. Please contact staff on site for rates
Visitors are not allowed to feed the animals without permission from the staff
Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

ANJO WORLD THEME PARK PROHIBITIONS & LIMITATIONS

No Running
No line Jumping
No Pushing
Do not leave your personal belongings unattended
Mobile phones, cameras, selfie sticks, and other expandable equipment or gadgets are not allowed.
Guests who do not follow the rules stated may not be allowed to ride.

SNOW WORLD REMINDERS:
Guests with medical conditions such as severe hypertension, a history of stroke, severe anemia, previous operations on the bones (minor or major), asthma, pneumonia, colds, fever, flu, heart problems, and pregnant women are strictly not allowed inside.
Slippers, sandals, or any open shoes or high heels are not allowed inside.
Guests 4 (four) feet and above will be allowed to take the ice slide. Guests below 4 feet should be accompanied by an adult.
Kids 2 years old and younger are not allowed inside.
Mobile phones, DSL, and video cameras are prohibited inside.

TAKE NOTE:

A maximum of 8 hours can be used on the trip. If you spend more than the allocated 8 hours, you will be charged P350 per hour.
