We understand that arriving in a new place can be both exhilarating and overwhelming. That is why we have designed our airport transfer service in such a way that we provide you with a seamless and stress-free experience from the moment you touch down.

After you get off the plane, we’ll be ready to greet you at the airport exit and take you straight to your place of accommodation.

  • We will be there with you every step of the way!

Our committed staff, from our drivers to our tour guides, will make sure that you get what you need and more throughout your trip.

  • A dedicated shuttle service just for you!

ParaPhil provides convenient and comfortable transportation for every traveler, whether you are going solo or in a group.

Here is how it works:

  1. RESERVE: Begin the booking process by providing your details on the form given.
  2. VERIFY: Review your information, then confirm the unique codes sent to your phone number and email address.
  3. PAY: You can choose to pay in advance using a credit or debit card, or you may pay upfront when meeting our staff at the airport exit.
  4. DEPARTURE: Hop aboard the ParaPhil vehicle waiting just for you so you can get to your place of accommodation safely and comfortably.

  • The waiting period extends up to one (1) hour from the plane’s arrival. Please note that failure to arrive at the designated meeting location within the specified time will result in the unavailability of our services, without exception.
  • Each traveler is allowed to bring a maximum of one (1) suitcase. Should you exceed this limit with more than two suitcases, an extra charge will be applicable. For further information regarding additional fees, kindly inquire when making your reservation.
  • Should you possess items such as a golf bag, wheelchair, diving bag, folding bicycle, or any luggage surpassing the dimensions of a 72-cm suitcase, inform us of them during the booking process. Additional charges may be applicable based on the size and weight of the items.
  • The prices above cover all transportation expenses, including highway tolls and tips, if any.
  • The variation in the round-trip fare depends on whether there is a waiting time for the pickup staff or not.

How do I book with Cebu Pro?

Planning your dream vacation is a breeze with us! Here’s how to get started:

  1. Select a tour package. If you’ve set your mind on a destination, select the right one from the variety of tour packages that we have.
  2. Enter your details – Provide your information, and we will reply through your preferred channel for confirmation. Your reservation is complete!
  3. Send your room number. This one is optional. We’ll send you a request for a wake-up call in English or Tagalog if you send us your room number.

On the day of the tour:

  1. Be ready in the waiting area. Our tour guide will make sure that everybody’s prepared for the tour. Towels and water bottles are provided. (optional)
  2. Proceed to your tour guide. Your tour guide will pick you up and ask for each person’s name and the tour package you’ve booked for confirmation.
  3. Begin the tour. This is what you’ve been waiting for. Be safe, and enjoy your time!
