The Temple of Leah in Cebu City has a romantic ambiance, fitting for its origin as a love story. Situated atop a mountain, the Buddhist temple was built in 1972 as a tribute by Michael Millan to his late wife Leah. Their story ended in 2012 but lives on in the Temple of Leah’s Taj Mahal-like pillars and structures.
